The Mammoth Camp is a Mamutoi camp located at the Dnieper River. Its leaders are Vincavec and his sister Avarie. The camp is family of the Amber Camp.
History
The Mammoth Camp was just starting during the events of The Mammoth Hunters. Vincavec and his sister Avarie were both members of the Amber Camp. Normaly a man only starts a new camp after he gained a spouse. Vincavec started his own hearth and a new camp while he was still bachelor. The is a Mamut (shaman) of the Mammoth Hearth, so he dubbed his camp "Mammoth Camp". Some (like Tulie) saw this as a pomposity.
With the help of the Lion Camp the camp build a large house near the Dnieper River using a large amount of Mammoth bones.
